    Your calculator numbers

    The account-fee calculation runs in your browser. Inputs stay in page memory unless you explicitly save this tool’s plan in that browser, download it, or select its displayed summary for an enquiry. Save is optional, not automatic. Restore reads the saved assumptions; Remove deletes this tool’s saved plan. Your financial accounts are never connected.

    Optional AI help

    AI starts after you choose to start chatting and send a question. A bounded recent conversation goes to Cloudflare to generate replies. AI can be wrong and cannot access your bank account. Chat stays in this page’s memory; it does not silently create an enquiry or attach calculator inputs. Leave out credentials, one-time codes and sensitive information.

    A separate enquiry choice

    An enquiry includes the contact details and message you enter, consent record, public source page, referring page and bounded campaign tags. Conversation and calculator sharing are separate optional choices, shown in a complete preview before sending. Accepted enquiries are stored in the owned MITEY case system. Resend sends an internal notification so the team can review them. No automatic customer confirmation email or unrelated marketing subscription is sent. Information is not sold or automatically shared across unrelated private tenant books.

    Site accounts and technical information

    The existing optional MITEY site-account system uses Supabase authentication. Account/session/security processing is separate from bank access and enquiry consent. Signing in does not create an enquiry or share account sessions with AI. Hosting, security and authentication providers may process request, device and network information needed to operate and protect the site. This policy does not claim all logs are disabled. Providers may process information outside your province or Canada.

    Retention, access and corrections

    Records are kept for responding, secure operation and applicable obligations, then reviewed for removal or reduced retention. We do not promise an invented fixed deletion period. Contact hello@mitey.ca about access, correction, deletion or withdrawing future contact permission; legal and security requirements may limit a request. Do not send a password, identity document or bank information to identify a record.

    External institutions

    Bank, credit-union and other links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Verify the official domain before entering credentials. We do not receive the credentials you enter on those services.
